The start of your journey as an SC Co athlete: We will assess your movement, looking not only at your running and acceleration, but also your balance, co-ordination and mobility. From here we can prescribe a course of action: We will introduce you to some exercises that will help you achieve your goals. Following the session, you will receive a documented assessment with suggested exercises and knowledge resources.
